Steak and eggs breakfast tacos

Ingredients (2 servings)
Braised beef (click here for a Stout braised beef recipe)
2 tortillas (click here for the recipe)
Ingredients for guacamole
1 tomato (cut into small cubes)
1/4 tsp. sriracha sauce
1 or 2 limes (depending on quantity of juice)
1 finely chopped shallot
1 pinch (each) of salt and pepper
Scoop out the avocado and place in a bowl along with the salt, pepper and lime juice (1 or 2, depending on the quantity of juice from each lime).
Using a fork, mash the avocado until the desired consistency.
Add the shallots, sriracha sauce and tomatoes. Mix together to combine.
Spread to full tbsp. of guacamole in the middle of each tortilla.
To each tortilla, add approximately 2 full tbsp of the braised beef over the guacamole.
Fry 2 eggs easy-over in a skillet and without breaking the yolk, slide one egg on each taco.
Sprinkle with chives.
